Prices:
Prices are indicated on each listing.

Lease Payment:
Leases are all posted on each listing, but normally are $750 a month.

To Schedule a Showing:
To schedule a showing on a home you will need to call either Rick or Renee at 715-759-5843. One of us will schedule a time that is convenient for both.

How does Lease / Option work?
If a client likes one of the homes, we suggest at this time they get pre-qualified from one of our lenders. We do not rent houses! What we do is get the mortgage in the client's name(s) as soon as possible. After getting pre-qualified and we can do a mortgage for you, we will sign a lease agreement and an option to purchase agreement. After signing, we will turn the keys over to you for the house. You will pay the agreed lease payment upon entering the house and every month until the loan closes.
